Say cheese :D

Photo booths.....?

What I have noticed over the last couple of events I have been to is that photo booths are definitely the next big thing!

Every event with it being a birthday party, wedding or work events I've seen many different types of photo booths.

I must say this was definitely a great idea for myself when I turned 21 I wanted to remember the night by photos and what a greater way than to have a photo booth which you can dress up and have a laugh and look back at the pictures the next morning and think oh what did I do last night!

There as many different types of photo booths such as oval ones, square ones, automatic ones, you have to decide depending on your event and what size you have to fit one in to which one you have and the prices of ones aren't even that bad.

For my 21st I kind of went for a different look, I had a photography company come and do it so they set up a screen and brought along the props and took the photos by hand and took photos throughout the night which for my party was great because most of the night everyone was to busy dancing away.

These are a few of the photos that were taken as there was over 300 of them I selected 3 that sum up the night.

The people that done my event were these! Check them out if your in east Sussex definitely worth the money even if your wanting to have family portraits done.

Next photo booth I came along was for my Uncles 40th.

These people definitely a great time as they had unlimited props.

With this company you got a photo album and copy each for the people in the photo. I think by the end of the night I came home with over 20 different set of photos as after a couple of wine its hard not to be in the booth all the time.

Next one was my deputy's managers wedding night.

They had a square photo booth which was great but added bonus they had a wind machine. This was fantastic as the wedding was one of the many hottest days/evenings of the night.
These are the guy's facebook page

This night was amazing to be able to get the whole work gang and a few customers to have a good night out even if it was for a wedding.

Last but not least was my auntie Katie's wedding. Which if you've been reading I wrote about her hen do a couple of weeks ago. They had a oval photo booth which one of her friend own and run which was handy. They had a wide variety of props you could use which was great as then you could have a different look every photo you done. They also gave her a photo book and prints for customers so we could go home with them, then again I seem to come home with loads as well.

So if your having a wedding or birthday party or any occasion which you think oh we could use a photo booth, definitely get one! Worth every penny and you'll even get a photo book to remember it all.

Hope you enjoyed reading, next post will be about musicals so i'm looking forward to writing about that!

       Much love

What is better 1 hen do ...... 2 hen do's

First part of any hen do:

Night time

When it comes to hen do's I must say are not my typical thing as anything to do with sexual games or public talking is not my forte, just think of Miranda and how she is around speaking about sex, and that is me to a tee!

My first ever hen do experience was great until I came to playing adult games I thought id surprise myself and actually play along for the first time yet did I know I would actually regret it later. Unfortunately the hen was a friend of mum and I so of course we both went and then we ended up playing this game where you would sit in a circle of chairs and you go around the room asking a question and if your answer was yes you had to move 1 space to the left, which meant if the person to your left hadn't moved you had to sit on their lap. I'm guessing the winner was who ever made it round the most times after a while. This would of been a great game but having to answer any and naughty questions with my mum around definitely was slightly awkward, fair to say we came out that night properly knowing more about each other than we actually wanted too.

So when it came around that my auntie Katie was getting married I was so nervous to say the least if it was going to be the same as before or something completely different.

When I found out we was going for a meal in the old town in Hastings I was so happy to think I've finally managed to go to a hen and not feel weird about it.
Perfect timing for my cousin, my niece and myself to go dress shopping any old excuse I can get for buying new dresses is great, not that I need one as I probably own a different dress for every occasion I go to as I'm one of these people I wont like wearing the same thing twice. Which most likely isn't the best idea for my little credit card.  OOOOPPPSS is what goes through my head every time I see the amount at the check out.

So I found the perfect dresses for the occasion and it came to the first hen do which was the meal out to porters wine bar. Wine and food what could be better than that?!?!?!?

For me getting ready doesn't take hours as I can be dressed, make up, and hair all done just under 2 hours. Skills right there I think :P

We arrived at the meal to find out we had the whole of the downstairs bit to the restaurant and it had all the decorations and things looking all pretty and also a picture of a man with a bull's-eye target over his private parts which was obviously another game instead of pin the tail on the donkey, you'd probably be able to guess the name of that game. There was a seating plan and to our seats the bride had given everyone little gifts and treats which I thought was a lovely idea and they had little name tags on them so we knew which ones were ours. I think when anyone has a little party or wedding they should do these.

The meal was amazing I had the steak and it came with a hot rock which you could cook your steak to the way you liked it. But when it came to pudding my mind was set on warm chocolate brownie, yum yum....
so along came the waitress to ask what everyone wanted and fair to all everyone wanted brownie, to which she replied we are out of brownies. Probably wasn't the best idea to say that to 14 ladies who had a few bottles of wine together that there was no chocolate brownie. But they sorted it out and gave us all our puddings for free which was lovely. That all finished and the younger ladies of the group had decided lets make the most of this and go clubbing whilst we can and of course the bride came along too. Luckily her brother works at a strip club so we got into there to see him. First time ever in a strip club my first thought was where in the earth do I even look?? It was a nice little strip club but we didn't last there very long as we all wanted to get up and dance so we left to go towards to next night club but just before we left we had to take a picture outside just to prove to everyone that we did go there and we wasn't lying about it..

Off we went with all our high heels in our hands as all of us girl's feet were killing. Glad there was no broken glass on the floor otherwise that would of slightly hurt. Yates was the place we ended up and my auntie definitely got a good night as we had some guy give her a little lap dance and a poll dance too which she even got up and done! Well done auntie Katie on that! I think I must of made it home around 3 in the morning as I didn't want to stay out to late as I had a busy day at work in the morning. Here's some of the pictures throughout the night.

Today was the day of the 2nd hen do the Afternoon tea.
I love afternoon tea so much, giving me another excuse to dress up all posh is fantastic!

So we had booked Courtney's tea room which was located in Bexhill old town. I must say they were absolutely amazing the serve and what there was on offer was great.
This is there facebook page which I must say if you live in the East Sussex you must check it out they are worth every penny you pay.

All in all it was a great hen day and night. Definitely look forward to the wedding next week which you will all get updated on next Sunday in that blog post. Hope you all liked

Much love

xoxo
